Prospective Book Authors:

The following guidelines provide information about submitting a query or prospecus to Moon City Press. Using our online submission system to
submit to Moon City Press, please send a file of your prospectus that includes a summary and a timetable for expected completion. In the text box, type in a cover letter with brief biographical information and prior publications.

Please note in your cover letter which series you feel is the best fit for your book: Arts and Letters or Ozarks History and Culture. If your book fits neither series, simply tell us why you think MCP is a good fit for your book. We are not currently taking poetry manuscripts. However, we will be giving details about a new poetry chapbook series sometime in January 2012.
